As we have just applied to remove our conditions the talk of possibly bringing her sister and daughter to the states with us has been on our minds.
Is this even possible, can i as a us citizen petition for my wife’s sister and daughter to come here or have my wife petition for it? There’s a ton of resources for k1 and k2 but I’m feeling a little lost with this one…has anyone ever done it?

There's ton of information on petitioning a sibling out there; F4 category - USC petitioning a sibling.

You can not file for a sister-in-law.  No one can file for an in-law.

No one can file directly for a niece.

Your wife must be a US citizen in order to file for her sister.  It will take 15 years for her sister to be eligible to interview for a visa.  Whether the beneficiary's daughter can come or not will depend if her CSPA age is over 21 or not.

Thank you, I thought this would have been an f-4 category but wasn’t completely sure.

Thank you for the information!
