That's really awesome.  That's a long time to be apart. It's really encouraging to start seeing some movement for some K1's too.

After 806 days, we finally got good new. She got her appointment letter last Wednesday night (for an appoinment today). Not much time. Luckily, she was still in Batangas. She was in there 2 hours. I will post her review when I get to speak with her later.

No my goal is to get her out of there before the vaccine mandate goes into affect for foreign travelers. I really prefer she gets vaccinated her. Thank you lord.

It took a long time cause she did not have my 2020 tax retrun. I filed an etension so will file on October 15. Her young daughter put it over the top by interrupting how much she love and miss her daddy.

They did not look at anything beside my the Affidavit of Support info. Just asked a few questions about how we met

Congratulations.  806 days is incredible.  Its good to see people on the board starting to get interviews.

The United States is now a country obsessed with the worship of its own ignorance.  Americans are proud of not knowing things.  They have reached a point where ignorance, is an actual virtue.  To reject the advice of experts is to assert autonomy, a way for Americans to insulate their increasingly fragile egos from ever being told they're wrong about anything.  It is a new Declaration of Independence: no longer do we hold these truths to be self-evident, we hold all truths to be self-evident, even the ones that arent true.  All things are knowable and every opinion on any subject is as good as any other.  The fundamental knowledge of the average American is now so low that it has crashed through the floor of "uninformed", passed "misinformed", on the way down, and now plummeting to "aggressively wrong."

That's truly amazing.  806 days, not a lot of couples can do that.  Congrats!

It made us so much stronger. Eventhough we had our times, we always kept sight that we were not the cause of this delay, so many other people are going through the same thing, and the fight is out there, not between us.

Congratulations!!! When did you file your k1 visa

July 2019. Had interview in March 2020, but got cancelled due to Covid. Then again on August 2021, but got cancelled due to lockdown. Now October 7,  she passed.

Oh good! I thought you meant "she passed on" as in "died". I almost had a panic attack and would felt really sorry for both of you.

That's great news though!
