As of today case is actively being reviewed by USCIS. Biometrics was done last Friday the 1st.

Hello,
I have a question. When you get your biometric appointment notice (or other NOA from USCIS) in the mail, do you also get similar notice in your USCIS online account or your associated e-mail ?

My biometric appointment notice was under the 'Documents/ USCIS notices' section of my I-765 application in my USCIS online account.

yea my bio appt was scheduled fairly quickly too. I wonder if it means an overall faster processing time

Got an update received a RFE for joint sponsor for affidavit of support

Received an RFE for 4 points. Everything they are asking for was submitted and even uploaded to our USCIS account by an employee. Any advice?

Happening a lot. Go through what they asked for carefully once more that you did not make any silly mistakes like not putting a date, not signing or missing pages etc. and upload the same thing to your USCIS account. Unless your RFE is for something complicated, I wouldn't worry. I've seen people getting RFE for marriage certificate, birth certificate, affidavit of support a lot recently. 

 

I submitted my birth certificate along with the submission, can still see it uploaded on my account by them and yet got RFE for it. So I simply sent it again.

Exactly, even I have sent secondary evidences for birth certificate, yet I was issued an RFE.

Just wanted to know, is it still possible that USCIS might send RFE notice after the biometrics is scheduled ?

Think quite possibly. Biometrics is used for background screening so there maybe questions after that… also seen people getting rfes once their docs are in thorough review…
