REVISED MONDAY Updates:
09/19/22: 102 Total Updates: 83 Approvals, 17 RFESs, 1 Expedite(Approved), 1 Withdrawal

REVISED TUESDAY Updates:
09/20/22: 67 Total Updates: 22 Approvals, 34 RFESs, 7 RFER, 1 Denials, 1 Withdrawal, 1 Other

110 closed cases in 2 days. Half the speed needed to stem the growing backlog, sadly.

Is it me, or RFEs are growing?

I just hope that anyone who gets one instantly shares what it was for. It won't help us, past filers, but it will help future ones.

Thank you for this Cheddy. Awesome work.

Hope it's not too much to ask, but starting October, is it possible for you to run August 2021 daily numbers as well?

Maybe somebody else has taken over that role already. I don't know.

Thank you for your hard work again.

Hey All. Our NOA1 was received mid July 2021.

I reached out to my local Senator for assistance with an Expedite Request, which was denied in January, then again in May. I followed up with them in June, and they said they would inquire about our case. I never heard back.

Fast forward over 3 months, after 430+ days, while anticipating an approval, RFE, or ANYTHING, I got a call from my Senators office letting me know that my third Expedite Request was approved. Huh?!

I had no idea they were even submitting a third request for Expedite. It took them over 3 months to make a decision, which leads me to believe it was pulled from the queue, ultimately causing even further delays. I'm at least glad our docs were not lost!

So... Now that the expedite request has been approved, does anyone know what I should expect? Is there an average time frame to anticipate activity? Does this expedite the remainder of the K1 process, or only the I-129F review?

Thanks in advance.

~ J

They also closed 110 cases in June and May over the span of Monday and Tuesday.

Thank you. I tried to check if the numbers were split that way but I was unsuccessful.
