US Website for i-94 shows nothing....

My wife and I married in 2015, she got her green card, which lists her as a resident since 03/20/2017.  She'd like to start her citizenship process.  Part of that is to list of all her time out of the country.  That time should be visible through her I-19 records. But when I go search for them at the government web site nothing shows up.  I did this once before about a year ago and got everything. So what's up? Anyone know why the I-94 records for someone might no longer be visible?  We're going to have a much harder time coming up with an accurate list, if we have to piece it together from documents.

Any suggestions?

My wife's I-94 records are all wrong too. Sigh.

Since I get an email from the airline for every flight I book for my wife,  and since I don't delete my email, we don't need to rely on CBP to determine when she left the country.  We also use TripIt to track travel arrangements.

It's normal to not see i94 records of GC holders since I-94 is for visitors, not residents. Some GC holders were seeing their i94 records at some point may be because some CBPs were recording their i94 regardless of residency.  I have zero record of my travels after I became the LPR. You use the best estimates of travel from any record of flights booking, emails or such.

@GYnot You need to create an online request through https://foiaonline.gov/foiaonline/action/public/request  ("CBP FOIA Division" for "Entry/Exit" records).  I believe I input $0.00 (or a really low amount) in the "Processing Fees" field.  I also selected "No" for "Expedited Processing" and "Fee Waiver."
