Putting everything together for our packet to mail a week from Monday. Did you include a marriage certificate? It doesn't say to. (I'm assuming they already know we are married lol.) And did the US spouse include a passport?

This is definitely the easiest one filled out so far -- have my cover letter, application done, and the evidence put together (I'm not including much -- tax returns, home insurance, health insurance, etc). Plus the check.

BUT....here's the kicker. My husband was arrested during a traffic accident 3.5 weeks ago. Still no charges filed -- he has called twice and they have nothing to say. It's possible no charges will be filed. Do we indicate that he was arrested? No fingerprints or anything were taken, but he was taken to jail and then released....I don't want to LIE and not include it, but they say to have a letter from the court if no charges were filed, and I have zero idea how to get that. Any advice?

Marriage certificate: we included. A lot of people do not but we thought why take the risk. We also included US spouse's passport copy; I believe this is standard/required? Not sure, good to throw it in regardless imo.

Tell your wife that the street address in Phoenix is the Lockboxhttps://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees/pay-with-a-credit-card

Someone posted a question in a facebook group and now I'm freaking out. We did not include my daughter on my husband's I-751 form. We thought it was for children who were also going throught the immigration process as that is what the question implied. Am I in trouble??

Hey folks -- I think I see another trend to watch out for. I think those that use a credit card to pay for their fees will see the charge on their card days (~1-3 days) before they ever get a text but then the notice is dated the day of the credit card charge or the day after. Just FYI.
