So I got an email last night saying we had been DQ'd, but then I logged onto CEAC this morning and it says the AOS is incomplete as I don't meet the minimum income requirements (which I do).

Past posts said that this is an error with CEAC, but just want to see if anyone else has experience with this recently.

This is the same situation we are facing. My husband meet the requirements but yet we got a message that he did not. We have to trying to see how to get a joint sponsor which has been very difficult to get. Please help us to  know if you are able to correct it. Good luck to all of us in this situation.

I'm facing the same situation. Got the DQ email, same DQ message in the CEAC inbox, but also "incomplete" under the AOS section. Application error when I click on the "incomplete" links.

Tried calling NVC a few times at 603 334 0700 and got voicemail then hung up on.

This happen to anyone else? How did you fix it, or did you just sit tight and not do anything?

It turned out it was just an error. Took about 24-36 hours to resolve by itself.

This has happened to me as well, got the DQ notice about 2 months ago, and it showed as incomplete online on CEAC. Now two months later, it's still showing as incomplete and docs are still at NVC. This is for a IR-1, shouldn't have forwarded to the embassy by now?

NVC schedules interviews based on the interview slots availability at the intended consulate.

Each month, consulate will contact NVC with the available time slots and NVC will schedule accordingly. If no time slots are available at the consulate, NVC will just hold the file until a spot is available at the consulate
