K3 form received by USCIS: January 3, 2022
I believe the K3 form helped to speed up the process.

Wow ! Congrats! Did you expedite or are you separated right now ? We are still waiting. Same service center and transfer.

Thanks! We’re together in NL. No expedite. I really think the K3 made it go faster.

We filed i130 AND the K3 2 months before you. So it’s interesting to see yours was approved earlier. No hard feelings of course! We’re happy for you guys. Hope the next steps will go smooth for you!

Oh that sucks! It’s frustrating there is no logic/fair order to this process. Hope your approval will come in soon too for you!

Hi! Did you receive an interview date yet ?

Not yet! We really expected it within a couple of days after NVC DQ, and maybe up to a month. But so far no interview date has been set. Hopefully any day now

The interview dates are apparantly prioritized by the I-130 petition dates

We’ll keep an eye out for your interview date :)

I saw your date! We got our invitation for the 19th of July!

Awesome! Congrats as well! it’s getting real :)

congratulations on your appointment date....i have a question to ask...were you automatically given a date or you scheduled this date yourself from the visa appointment system

Interview result: July 5, 2022: administrative processing (221-g): medical results are not yet available at the embassy, if they are okay, visa will be approved

When is your medical scheduled to take place??

Next week. So all in all it can take a couple more weeks before I have a visa in my passport. Some more patience..!

Hi! Was your DQ date 29 April or 7 June?

DQ was April 29. The process of getting an interview date took longer than expected. We did email the consulate after 4 weeks and they told us to contact NVC, which was only possible via the inquiry form.. Not much later an interview was scheduled, but that could have been a coincidence. Generally it looks like you get an interview invitation after 1-6 weeks of DQ for CR1/IR1 visas

Congratulations! When are you leaving for the USA?

Thanks! Somewhere in November :). What about you?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
