This post is for N-400 April 2021 fillers, so we can keep track on our timelines. I submitted mine online yesterday 4/30, received the notice that they are reusing my biometrics, I guess that speed up my time little bit. Good look to everyone. 🙏

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Hi Everyone!

I filed for citizenship 4/27/2021

I am elegible to file as I will be a permanent resident married to US citizen for 3 years effective 7/25.

I filed online via MyUSCIS

I receved two NOAs today in the mail.

First is receipt of fees ($725)

Second is a notice indicating they will be reusing my biometrics, so no new appointment.

Submitted color scanned copies of:

• Front and back of permanent resident card

• Birth certificate of US citizen spouse (citizen at birth)

• Last 3 years of tax returns

•Divorce decree of spouses previous marriage

• Birth certificate of our kids

• previous trip itenirary

I have seen March filers who have already received and some who completed their interview. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Crossing my fingers that this process doesnt take too long.

I am in NJ. My local office would be Mount Laurel.

Good luck guys!

I finally filed my N-400 online. I have a pending I-751 (still in Biometrics were re-used state), but became eligible to file for citizenship back in December so kinda lost 4 months there due to my laziness. Biometrics were reused, NOA arrived in the mail on 4/30

Closest field office - Manchester, NH

I signed in to my account on myUSCIS today and it is now showing an estimated timeline of 14 months for my N400 to be processed. Estimate is based on N400 applications of individuals who applied after being permanent residents for 5 years. Others - time may differ.

Im going to keep checking every few weeks to see what if any changes and try to report them.

This personalized timeline estimate was showing that it was not available at the time for my case. Which i read on various forums here that it was a common thing. But now it has a rough estimate. Which is a sign of improvement in my eyes. Crossing my fingers so that they really invest in this to show more real time info.
