I don’t know how they are working! My understanding is that they are just checking if you submitted the right forms, they are properly filled and signed and the payment is correct and goes through, so it should bot matter much what type of visa, but I might be wrong!

oh for sure! mine is just a guess to what I've seen, but I don't know but if it was rejected for me it would have been on the mail already (by previous experience), so I don't know exactly I was just guessing to what I've seen

oh ok, I'm adjusting from B-2, my package was delivered on april 7th, no response yet, I checked the mailbox to see if my package was rejected already but nothing, I talked to a live agent and they say the same thing they told you, to wait up to 60 days. My name is not still in their system yet :(. My first package (rejected) was on my mailbox at week #5 of sending. I can't believe I'm in this since Feb. 25th tbh

Hey Alvin, in your initially rejected package for AOS to chicago, were you required to include the letter from USCIS telling you about the rejection in the refiled package? My credit card company declined the transaction (they thought it was a fraud after I repeatedly called them before hand) and I am expecting the whole package to be rejected. Since I am sure it will be rejected, I am thinking of sending everything out again because it takes 4-6 weeks before they attempted to process the payment before.

if they didn't charge then you can resend the stuff again. They said in the rejected package to attach the green paper that they sent, so I re sent my package with the green letter on top, but I've heard people re sending the stuff again before the expected reject pavckage arrives. if it is the first time applying and your first packet was rejected because of payment they are not keeping any info of you in the system yet so I think you can resend the package again without waiting for the rejected one. In the paper said that this green paper is not a NOA or anything like that, so it would be like you didn't send anything like that. only thing that you need to be aware of is that it is going to be a new process so your forms, payment and everything needs to be to the latest forms in the uscis website. This time try to use checks, I did that but I dont have any notice yet.

Update: credit card was charged on 05/19 and received text messages with receipt numbers on 05/20. We sent our package with USPS.

We're concurrent filing if that's helpful for someone, so original submission 🥺
