Hey guys, started a new thread for april 2021 filers.

 

my package was delivered on april 3rd to chicago sc and haven’t heard anything yet... 

 

02/10/2018 Married!

4/1/2021 AOS package sent out via usps

4/3/2021 AOS package delivered 

4/30/2021 Pending charges show up on CC

5/2/2021 Got a text with receipt numbers (Sunday at 7 pm EST)

6/18/2021 i-693 deficiency notice delivered (Sent on 6/11/2021)

7/23/2021 Biometrics scheduled (Notice sent on 7/19, appointment is on 8/13)

8/13/2021 Biometrics appointment

8/16/2021 Status changed to 'interview ready to be scheduled'

9/3/2021 AP Expedite requested through Emma

9/6/2021 System updated to Expedite request received

10/6/2021 Expedite denied

11/9/2021 EAD received 

2/8/2022 RFE sent

2/19/2022 Responded to RFE (they asked for my medical)

2/22/2022 RFE was delivered. Status never changed

3/3/2022 Card is being produced

3/7/2022  Card was mailed to me

3/9/2022 Card was delivered! (even though it was scheduled to deliver on Saturday!)

Thanks for the new thread; I'll update in here now. I also added my timeline to my signature. To recap, my I-130/I-485/I-131/I-765 was delivered to Chicago Lockbox on 8 Apr 2021. Not expecting to hear anything for almost a month.

2023-07-19: I-751 package delivered to Phoenix Lockbox via UPS

2023-07-21: Credit card authorized by Phoenix Lockbox

2023-07-24: Text and email notifications received with IOE receipt number

2023-07-27: I-797 48-month extension letter received (postmarked 2023-07-25)

Nice, I'm here too. I resend my packet: I-130/I-485/I-131/I-765 and was delivered to Chicago Lockbox on April 6th, 2021. Expecting to see something around the first days of may.

Our Journey:

Feb 18th, 2021: Package sent, including: I-130 + I-130A, I-485 + I944 + I-693 + I-864, I-765) and I-131 through USPS

Feb 24th, 2021: USCIS received the package

Apr 5th, 2021: Package rejected, received back (Payment issue)

Apr 6th, 2021: Resent Package through USPS

Apr 7th, 2021: USCIS received the package @ Chicago Lockbox

May 21st, 2021: Checks cashed

May 23rd, 2021: Received the Text Messages with receipt number 

July 2nd, 2021: I-693 Deficiency Notice Received

July 8th, 2021: Expedite Request Received

July 16th, 2021: Received Fingerprint Appointment Letter

August 6th, 2021: Fingerprints Taken

August 9th, 2021: Changed of Address request AR-11online (Beneficiary) and filed I-865 Address Change of my husband (Sponsor)

August 13th, 2021: Confirmation mail: Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview

we only know it was because of a payment issue, because we did the form to pay by credit card (and that form has to be destroyed by them after receiving) either we put a wrong amount or we didn't sign. 😕

Nothing from me yet, but I've been keeping an eye on the AOS timelines. Some folks who filed on Mar 30 and 31 have received their NOAs in the past few days. So we should start seeing some action for April filers very soon.

I'm not, but I'm assuming/hoping that the initial NOA from the Chicago Lockbox takes the same amount of time. After that, I expect that the timelines will diverge from the K-1s.
