People that have been approved did you have to call NVC to get your information or did you get an email? Was approved on the 30th of April and haven’t received anything from NVC

Within 4 days after the I-130's were approved, myself, my wife and my step-daughter all received e-mail from National_Visa_Center@state.gov titled "Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation" that included NVC Case Number and Invoice ID Number which you could use to log into https://ceac.state.gov/IV and pay the fees.  After the fees were paid it took about 3 more days until the payment processed and now I already summited the AOS and am working on the DS-260's.  Ill probably get those submitted by tomorrow and it's going to be about 1 1/2 week before we can get her NBI Clearance (Police Certificate)  otherwise I think we are good for the civil documents.

Yes my case was processed at Nebraska and based off other posts i read recently so have others with fast approvals . Some people sent their cases in after mine and got approved before me  even

Yeah Nebraska is on a hot streak currently and processing their petitions in record times. Well hey, at least I'm at Texas which isn't thaaat bad :D as long as it gets processed in around 8 months, I can deal with that lol

Oh nice lucky you. Maybe California is slow at everything including sending the packages to NVC. Hope we get something by tomorrow

I asked Emma and our case is with Nebraska. But we haven’t received anything yet in our mail so I really can’t verify if our case was transferred somewhere else. Has anyone had that experience of not receiving NOA1 in their mail for over a month from the time they applied? We applied online btw

A lot of people have. It took about a month for ours. We got the electronic receipt on the 31st of March. It was received by USCIS on March 5th.

Did you ask Emma or a live person? Also what does the "case status" website say? Does it say received or actively reviewed?

It just says received. However, when I used to log in before, I can see the documents that we uploaded and all that and now, even you try to navigate our account, it will only show application received. Our NOA1 was the 31st of March and still haven’t received anything in the mail.

Hm. The paper NOA1s have been taking a long time. When I talked to a live person my case was still "received" and I hadn't gotten the paper NOA yet. They were able to see that our i130 was sent to California.

Did you get a live person in the chat?

Yeah I did..

It could be in Nebraska, then. I called 2 days after I got the "received" text and my online case status said Nebraska. But when I talked to them they said it was in California. Really hard to guess.
