    I already have a green card. Filing though consular processing. My husband can’t pass on the citizenship to our som because he hasn’t met the physical Stay requirements. We were married when he was born.

    Hello, My husband is a US citizen and we have petitioned for our biological son with the USCIS for a green card. We have our interview next week and was wondering what kind of questions we would be asked and what kind of proof we would need. He is only 2 years old so I imagine questions will be directed at me.
