I’m a April filer also and my attorney sent in our application with no call logs, messages, or letters from others about our relationship she said this was not needed. But as I read and read more that others have sent this now I’m terrified of a RFE. 🥺😣. Someone else here posted a log of why people received RFE from a while ago I looked into it but there was only like 2 about relationship all the rest was stuff about them missing things on the application or not sending in their stuff in the other persons native language

It isnt needed. I know countless people approved without that. If you have sufficient proof they shouldn't ask for additional proof, but in the event they do (which happens even when people feel they had all bases covered) an rfe isnt in the end of the world and its pretty common anyway.

Anybody know why they aren't going in an order? 17th march 645** and no approval yet

There is no obvious answer to this question, I think all of us were under the assumption "they process cases as they are received"

An RFE is not that bad. It will just prolong your application to  another 60-90 days thats all. Oh wow do not surprised if you get an RFE. Did you send anything at all to prove that your relationship is real?

The official website not a single time asks for proof of a bona fide relationship. Sending just what they ask for usually wont lead to any issues.

Theres countless people who got approved with just the photos. Not the call logs, texts, etc.

Thanks for that info. I did not know that. The part about call logs, texts. I didn't send anything in my initial application. I forgot the pictures. They were right by me. Ugh Even though I asked an attorney if I can still send them. He said yes, I did and they sent me an RFE wanting additional proof.  They told me specifically what they wanted.

Yes she send stuff about our relationship but she said there was no need to attach call logs, messages, and letters from others. But I see that most people attach this so that’s why I get in a bit of a panic I just wouldn’t want any more time added in the already time I’ve been waiting

I did an early morning here. Apps were extremely slow, therefore it took way longer than usual. Numbers, especially at the higher groups, may be outdated significantly in case of activity.
