For MSC receipt numbers/NBC Service center, you will need to look at field offices processing times for the I-751. Since as a bulletin from AILA stated that MSC cases tend to require an interview at the field office.

I think they try to send you NOA notice , but perhaps your address is incorrect, USPS can not deliver to you then back to USCIS, you should follow their instructions to resend to you, I think it will be ok

After 40 days, Today, I got USCIS text notification with case no. EACxxxxxxx

Congratulations, thanks for sharing. My package was delivered on Mar 15th, still no any updates, not cashed my check. And my flight will be 05/07 to other country. So you received their text notification this morning so early? You use fedex or ups?

when I check the status it said case was reveived by April 1st lol

This week I called them one time and two times on live chat, they said could not find my case in system which means they haven’t open the package at all I think. I also use Fedex, signed by F.brown? You never called them before you got updates?Hope some magic will happen to me next week.

Just wanna make sure Fedex Package was signed correctly, not sent to wrong place, one lady one Facebook said her went to wrong place and lost it which also took two months no updates.

I called them and I was told same for you 

not is system yet means  we didn’t open your case 

They asked me to wait for total 60 days

what does this mean?

Means they used the biometric data from your AoS application. Application is moving forward, good luck!
