Tuesday morning (Sept 21) update.

Big day yesterday with about 30 cases processed (and, as we saw, two of our own getting approvals!). Here's the latest data. Thanks Benny4352 for adding in the summary by case range!

As always, the master spreadsheet is here if you want a closer look or to see date range views, etc.

We received ours around 5pm eastern time. I think that’s the time they are updating.

I’m so excited  for all of you!! 😊

I can’t describe how thrilled I was when we got ours. I couldn’t sit still for like and hour!!
it was October 13th at 06.15 am California time!!! I couldn’t believe it. I live in Spain so I use to start up my day checking on the uscis even when they didn’t even start working 😆 and that Monday I looked around 2.00pm my time and nothing. Almost an hour later I saw the notification was there!

It’s a mystery how it works, right?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s been a week since we got it and now we are praying to get the welcome letter ASAP.

cheers!!!

Is your child a US citizen? If yes. Once you get your noa 2. You can get an expedited k1 visa interview. You'll probably even bypass most of those stuck at nvc because of covid backlog or those waiting for visa interview at the embassy

I hope your approval comes soon. I am still waiting for mine and it’s very difficult. I’ve been waiting almost 8 months.

Hey pinaydiver, thank you very much for you very helpful comment! Our son is a US citizen I hope it’ll work out for us with the expedite, we’re getting desperate here. Do you happen to know how much time it would save us? Spending new years eve together as a family would be really nice. I’m still hoping for that

It will take 3-6 weeks for your papers to get to USCIS to NVC officially. Once at NVC, you can request to get it expedited. Depends on the embassy but in Manila the interview date is 3 weeks from the approval to expedite from NVC. It'll save alot of time.
