Well, I’m not fully keto -I just take ideas for meals here and there. Speaking of meat, can’t wait till we go to Argentina -see picture for what my dad is going to prepare us for our lunch! Now that, ladies and gents, is what I call steak.

Also, I’m so proud of me, I’ve been doing Orange Theory Fitness for about two weeks now and already seeing changes. I’m losing weight now, so I have room for all the delicacies from my dear Argentina.

Heck, even a RAV4 Prime is expensive if you can find one (and when PRG gets a job, may very seriously start looking for one; resale value on my car is apparently quite high, and between that and the EV tax credit if I got a not-too-insanely expensive plug-in hybrid or EV still eligible for it then it might make sense).

Lunch was Many (2+1) ham sandwiches, ingest we and indict them man.

Din-din was "tuna glop" -- nuked rice, toucans tuna, onecan peas, ingest we man.

 

Must arise at o'dark-Many to help Mama T-B. get to the Post Office to find out why she hasn't gotten one piece of even junk mail for Many (2+2+1) days, uh-oh man.

My steak looks a little different.   There is no bone, and the meat is all ground up and formed into a hockey puck shape.

We have heard a few of the same worries about all that fat going to your heart, what about your vitamin C or well anyone would lose weight as it lacks nutrients🙄. I do enjoy my vegetables more now than when I was young, but meat is king.  

 

Was reading an article that points out that there was a shift many years ago from a meat rich diet to more carbs due to the fears of fats and heart disease.  Now many are saying we are overdoing it with the carbs and we need to shift back to less carbs and more protein and fats.

Miu, aysheep all day, had knocked over a beautiful small vase, active miu man.

Miu supervised clean-up with interest, Why Are You Trashing My Accomplishment man.

We appreciate having a healthy, active miu, appreciate healthy active miu we man.

 

Retrieved Mini-B. for Two Guys eve, Two Guys man.

Got Subway with BOGO coupon, financially savvy and good set-exampler we man.

Mini-B. got his "usual" and so did we, ingest Two Guys man.

Viewed several pretty good Baba-Mail items, share Two Guys man.

Watched a couple of Many (2+1) Stooges films, laugh Two Guys man.

Returned Mini-B. to Ex-Mrs.-T-B., must wait till Sunday now man.

 

Miu now zzz-ing on guestroom bed, zzz miu man.

We shall soon zzz, unheard-of early hour man.

When I sat down on a similar diet, I still acutely felt that there was not enough fat and sometimes woke up from hunger at night, have you ever experienced this?

Hot. Hot as the doorknob to Hades here.  Herself and I do a bit of work about the yard, early, and then hide inside all day until evening. I am putting in a new garden where there wasn't one before, and between the rocks and the big roots I am finding it has been slow going. Been a heat advisory every day this week, so by eleven o'clock it is miserable out. 

 

I meant to get all this nonsense done in the spring, and I was well on track. Then in the last week of April I went down with the flu for three weeks. So...playing catch up now. At the rate I am going it will be weeks before I get finished. 

 

Himself would not recognize the area around here today.  Farm next door was sold at auction, and nothing at all is going on over there at the moment. One of the prospective buyers wanted it so he could knock everything down and put up a lot of apartment buildings. Thank goodness he didn't get it. Some Taiwanese consortium is meant to own it now, but so far they haven't done a thing with the property. New McMansion gone up over the road, huge thing with a three car garage that looks pretty odd way out here.  Preacher's house has a new extension, and he has painted the entire house barn red. As it is already barn shaped it looks pretty peculiar. He bought up all the land around my quarter acre, and I found him digging  right outside my fence  a couple of weeks ago looking for the survey markers. He's going to fence the entire fifteen acres, and put cows on it.  I dunno what Herself is going to think with cows grazing right around her. 🐄 😄
