Hello, I am petitioning for my husband and my income is not sufficient. However, I have made my maternal cousin, my joint sponsor for AOS income purposes. I am thinking of providing a letter with documents that states that my joint sponsor-my cousin is going to support my husband. My husband and cousin have not met each other. Does anyone have a sample letter of this kind that states that my joint-sponsor will support us. (my joint sponsor and I live on separate address) can someone send me a sample letter which they can write?

Thank you so much.

No letter is needed

the person must be either citizen or green card holder

boundless law says the person should not live with either person (not sure as i have seen parents sponsor and petitioner lives with them)

the person fills out the I 864a and provides IRS tax transcripts or copy of tax returns with W2 (and helps to have letter of employment )

the person does not have to be a relative but does have to accept co financial responsibility for  immigrant
