You're not the only one.  Check this thread for others like you who filed in November and are still waiting for their receipt notice --

Hi Everyone

I’m curious, am I the only one experiencing this.

I submitted my I-129F November 30th, 2020 and I’ve yet to get any response via mail or text that my case has been received...

Tried calling the USCIS and I have yet to get any representative due to an overwhelming amount of calls...

You are earlier in your expectations. USCIS updated the status concerning receipt times.  Follow the link to learn more and what you can do concerning your case. https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-lockbox-updates.

A couple of key factors to look for is 1) has your tracking indicated the package was received? 2) Has your form of payment been executed? Having those two completed then you are close to receiving your NOA1. It normally takes 30 to 45 days to receive your NOA1 from USCIS, so it looks like your expectation is a little earlier. Pre-pandemic we would see the intake of a I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) to be about 2 weeks but with the current situation it is taking longer. Give a few more weeks and you'll have a reply and a NOA1.

Have you registered here Case Status Online - Case Status Search (uscis.gov) to follow your case? Overview of what the intake process procedures are Lockbox Filing Information | USCIS.  Call the service center hotline USCIS Contact Center | USCIS.

Hello!

USCIS has been backlogged.

And, unfortunately, because they’ve been overwhelmed with all types of visa petitions, people have been experiencing a long wait to get their receipt notice.

You may submit an inquiry to get someone there to respond to you.

I’d leave the link here for you, but the problem is, if I do so, Visa Journey’s moderators will suppress my message.

But go to USCIS website and look for the link for inquiries.

I post links to USCIS pages whenever appropriate.  VJ mods have NEVER suppressed my posts with such links.  It would be ridiculous to hide the links to the OFFICIAL sources of immigration information.

You can post links to outside contractors such as NVC, USCIS or your embassy. They frown upon other links, but I have yet to have any of my posts removed because of a link. Just saying.
