So i will try to explain this fast , i applied i130 for my wife on 2015 after about 2 years at the interview the embassy sent the case back to uscis and they revoked my case because we are cousins and its not allowed in state i live , so now i moved to ca and applied again before 3 days on line and status immediately said case recieved after 2 days status changed to Case is being "Actively" reviewed by an officer..... so my question since it my second apply do you guys think that my case will go faster or it normal status from uscis.

normal status, it depends in which office it ended up in, plus the pandemic makes everything even slower

Is it normal for every one ???  Want to mention here that i applied on 2015 and after almost year and a half at us embassy interview consular refused our case and send it to uscis and uscis revoked our case so i applied again hope they will consider our time.

Yes it is normal a lot of peoples cases are being reviewed a little quicker maybe because they are not doing as many in person things so focusing more on paperwork. Why were the visa refused before by CO?
