Hello could you please share the P3 Lebanon Embassy?

Thanks in advance

P3 letter

Beirut Lebanon Embassy Portal here on VJ

https://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Lebanon&cty=Beirut

Additional information for the interview

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/lb/lb-niv-visaapply.asp

The Embassy will contact the beneficiary once the packet arrives from NVC. This is usually only a 2-day time span. Once the packet is received and additional documents are obtained email the Embassy for an interview. Between email and actual interview, it will be about 2 weeks. Most emailed just before they received all docs and were able to get it done before the interview. Don’t wait for embassy to contact you, if you really want the P3 letter containing all the instructions for the interview, email them at beirutIV@state.gov.

The embassy only requires a copy of the I-134 for the interview and not one with a "wet signature". A copy is fine.

Hi everyone! Happy to finally be here!! NOA1 March 24 NOA2 December 7

The embassy here in Canada is open but they're still only working on cases at the embassy from before the lockdown. Hopefully they'll be accepting new cases from the NVC soon!

Congrats to everyone who's gotten this far, we're almost there!

Hello if the date showing on USCIS Processing time is the date of receipt of my NOA1. Does this mean i will receive NOA2 soon?

If your receipt date is before the “Receipt date for a case inquiry", you can submit an “outside normal processing time” service request online. Your NOA1 is 5/4/2020 so you have a about a month to wait as date on USCIS is April 09, 2020. Your date must be before the posted receipt date for a case inquiry.

Question about the police certificate: I left my country of birth 20 years ago and moved to the UK. Do I need a police certificate for the UK (my most recent nationality) AND that country too?

Reading over the information that I sent you it states:

"If you have resided in the United Kingdom for 6 months or more since the age of 16, you are required to obtain a police certificate from the ACPO Criminal Records Office (ACRO).  Further information is available from their website at www.acro.police.uk.

Note: UK police certificates are valid for 12 months only.  Failure to present all necessary and valid police certificates at the time of the interview will incur significant delays to your application."

To me that clearly states you need a criminal background from the UK specially from ACPO.

NOA2: 12/8/20

I downloaded the file and read through it.  I’m still a little unclear as to a few things.

1) We’re still waiting on our official NOA2 letter.  Will it have instructions for what to do to track our case status with the NVC?

2) The NVC website says not to send any requests that aren’t urgent.  I would assume email change requests fall into that category?

3) I tried to track the our case with the NVC from their webpage but I guess that won’t be available until they receive the case from USCIS and put it into the system.  When will we get our new case number with the NVC and how do they notify us that they receive the case?

thanks for your help!

@Greenbaum May I request Ankara's P3? Thanks in advance :)

Here is the P3 for Turkey:

 https://tr.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/91/2017/06/K1K2-Visa-Instructions-EN.pdf

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.
