I am a US Citizen and my husband lives in Egypt. We just got DQ'ed today. Our case started last year with CR1 with a PD of December 26th 2019 at the TSC. My question is how long is the wait for the interview at the Embassy? Thanks for the help.

If you hit the word Portal above it will  take you to a site where you can look at Egypt 

on the right hand side no VJ member has posted that they are scheduled for interview 

recent spouse visa approvals were (1 in August and 1 later)  and these could have been for prior covid interviews that have been in AP

always check your portal and read messages there to help know about Egypt 

also check the US embassy in Egypt for latest info as they will post if starting to interview

The next step is to wait to be called for the interview.

Most embassies have only been doing expedited interviews since March bc of COVID.
