Evidently, wearing a BLM t-shirt intimidated one of the pollwatchers, and that's about it.

the claims on the affidavits are unsubstantiated. it would all be tossed as hearsay. they dont even have proof of that alleged democrat packet being real. just because a bunch of karens got their feelings hurt, it doesnt constitute a case in a court of law when trying to being allegations of fraud. this is a nothingburger to the nth degree. its also a rehashed version of that garbage suit that was thrown out a few days ago since they rolled all of that into this one. lawyers are laughing at how ridiculous this is. I am just waiting on the rule 11s to start.

Of note, the Justice Department has apparently authorized grand juries to hear election-related cases.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

The Michigan challenges appear to be unfounded and I am not really sure why the Trump team would focus on that state.  The only real challenge is in PA relative to the unconstitutional actions of that state's supreme court, but it is unclear how many votes are in question (I have heard up to 100k) and if those numbers are included in the tally so far (the order from Alito only said these votes needed to be kept separate), but even if it would not change the outcome, SCOTUS should slap down the PA SC for overstepping its authority so they do not try to do it again.  Then there is the GA hand recount, but historically that is likely to change things much.  I don't believe the recount laws in AZ allow for a recount with this difference automatically, so if the Trump campaign wants a recount there, I think they would have to pay for it if that is even an option.

If the courts did this regularly, the US would have a whole lot less lawyers.

i am fine with that. no issues there.

(same with the response the judge gave to one of the lawsuit.)

Quote
Under sharp questioning from Judge Paul S. Diamond, however, they conceded that Trump in fact had “a nonzero number of people in the room,” leaving Diamond audibly exasperated.
“I’m sorry, then what’s your problem?” asked Diamond, who was appointed to the federal bench by President George W. Bush. Denying Trump’s request, Diamond struck a deal for 60 observers from each party to be allowed inside.

I heard 30,000 in PA were potentially inscope and set aside for the Scotus case, do you have a different number?

Edit:

10,000 according to the PI

  • President Trump's 2020 reelection campaign on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against the state of Michigan, alleging the ballot-handling and -counting process had disenfranchised voters.
  • Attorneys for the campaign attached to their lawsuit dozens of notarized statements from Michigan voters, Republican poll watchers, and other observers to corroborate Trump's claims — including one who merely said it was strange that many US service members voted for President-elect Joe Biden.
  • "I had always been told that military personnel tended to be more conservative, so this stuck out to me as the day went on," the observer said in his statement.
  • Recent polling showed US troops had a high disapproval rating for Trump and were split over which candidate they would vote for.

I had only heard that number, but not seen anything concrete.  Like I said, it may not impact anything, but SCOTUS should still rule on the PA SC over-reach.

the ones in question are the ones received after Nov 3

https://www.pennlive.com/elections/2020/11/pa-received-10000-late-ballots-that-arrived-after-polls-closed-on-election-day.html

this a  the same one that Alito put a stay on

https://www.abajournal.com/news/article/alito-orders-segregation-of-some-pennsylvania-ballots-even-asgop-lawsuits-see-little-success

it is highly unlikely it will even go anywhere since it wont have an affect on the outcome.

AZ only allows recounts if the difference is something like 200 votes in elections with over 25000
