Anyone know what the processing times for MSC are? The only one I can't seem to find online.

I think MSC is the longest.

I'm on 236 days and I still haven't even had biometrics yet.

Hi eveyone.

I have submitted removal of conditions I-751 September 2020 ( marrage to US citizen). As of today May 28, 2021 my staus still reflects Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction (transfered Dec 2, 2021).

July 2021 marks our 3yr marage anniversary and Nov 2021 marks 3 yrs of permanent residency (even though we are waiting for removal of conditions).  Regardless of the I-751 outcome or being processed, we can still apply for N-400 US Citizenship through the naturalization starting 90 days before Permanent Residence Since date , correct?

On my permanent residence card it showes residance since Nov 16, 2018. Expires Nov 16, 2020

Your i751 MUST be approved to be narulized but you can file for naturalization while awaiting an i7851 approval.

Received my interview notice on 05/20/2021 for interview in Nashville on 06/25/2021.

Originally SRC moved to MSC on 12/15/2020.

Had hoped I could avoid the interview as it’s a 2.5hr drive and I have a 13mth old at home. The interview notice says I can’t bring anyone with me except attorney or authorized rep so hubby will have to stay home from work to watch bub.

At least there’s movement on the case and I know I’ll have no issue getting approved.

If you are going to ROC interview you must go with your spouse. If you go to a joint i751 interview they are conducted with both spouses.

It would be advisable to have your spouse there even for naturalization if 3 year based on marriage n400 case just in case needed.

Thanks for the heads up. The letter says nothing about spouse which I thought was strange. They’ve included covid conditions on there so I think they need to update their interview notice template to include the spouse as approved persons as the letter is only addressed to me and makes no mention of my spouse.

Looks like it will be a day trip for the family! Will make the most of it and enjoy Nashville :)

Got the email at about 7:30 am. It seems EAC has been doing the approvals in the morning lately.
