incorrect. we are not K1 visa. please move to removal of conditions if it needs to be relocated

Hi all so mid June I received a Notice of Action for N400 naturalization, Interview. It was based on marriage to U.S Citizen and applied based on the 3yr rule. We thought it was out of order because even thought we submitted the removal of conditions ( I-751) way before the N400, the n400 interview notice came first. Fast forward to a few days ago and a letter appeared for the interview for removal of conditions. The interview dat is set up for the same date/time as the first interview for n400. Unfortunately, my U.S. Citizen spouse is not able to make it to the interview bc they are in jail. The judge denied bail so unfortunately, we are just waiting for a court date. With the N400 scheduled at the same date/time, im not sure what i should do or what i should say to the person conducting the interview. Any thought or input please? Thanks in advance.

Hi all. I just wanted to contribute. N400 app received Sep 2021 Atlanta Interview date July 2022 applied and submitted online with no lawyer. Marriage based 3yr. Applied also for removal of conditions but got the n400 interview before any decision on removal of conditions was received. As of today, removal of conditions still stated that it has been transferred to new office. Just wanted to share.

Hi I have an upcoming n400 interview. i-767C Notice of Action shows Received Date of N400 Application, Sep 2021 Which Version of the Civics test should i be studying? 2008 or 2020? Interview date is July 2022 Thank you!

Hi. What version of the civics test did you study for? My N400 received date is Sep 2021 and on the notice for interview it says 2020 version but on the USCIS website, 2008 need guidance pls
