Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

Hi guys....I am now having a moment of pure sadness.....157 days and nothing.......Even if we get an approval the closer we get to the holidays the more likely the interview in Lima will be after January 1.......which makes me have Christmas lone this year....My children with there father.......and I was checking airfare to Lima and it is 4x the normal rate for the last 3 weeks in December.......Help....I am about to cry.....I am happy for all of you guys but this is very hard right now

Hi Lora.

Sorry to hear you are feeling so down, I think it has happened to all of us at some time or another. The holidays can be especially hard because you want to have your SO here with you to celebrate. I say if you have to be separated no need making yourself even more miserable (I know, easier said than done). Get together with friends or other famly members and make it as memorable as you can. Go out and pamper yourself because once your SO gets here you may not get the chance Just think of other things to make this go by and remember, NEXT YEAR YOU WILL BE HERE TOGETHER.

If all else fails you can always come to VJ and vent

Take it easy....your approval it's on it's way. I just checked your timeline and you were a couple of weeks after me. They are beginning to pick up. Well, I definitely know that I will be spending the holidays without my baby. It's hard, but that is why we are all here. You are not alone....I will keep you in my prayers.

Byron, i feel you on that calling them can be very depressing. Mel called yesterday and they still keep on saying that we were in that 60 days time frame. They told him that if we don't hear anything a day after the 60 days which will be Dec 2. we should call back.

Being sure that all this is worth it gives me the strengh to endure the stress and carry on. I know we all gone be with our loved ones very soon. VSC think that they can break us? NO WAY!! We are all strong enough to overcome this, we even deserve a price for going through all this. Yes, it is our choice but who can tell how the Love-thing goes? No one and therefor VSC you can kindly kiss my black butt, we'll all get our approvals.
