Just looking for some action. Seeing as my case is stalled until March ( :angry::wacko::dead::bonk::protest::ranting: )I figured I would come here and see what is going on.

There is nothing going on here though :(

Oh Zee.......I am trying today to be positive.......I had my first little correction of the pacer on my heart this morning.........

It is a gentle reminder of the true gift life is......I know I rant and rave her alot but it really is true that this too will pass.......It is just hard as heck to accept it......I have hope for us all to having a wonderful life with our loved ones.......Kisses......Lora

Ok, I have heard NOTHING from VSC. Yesterday was Darren's birthday and we couldn't be together. SUCKS. I am calling homeland security today. If I loved right by it I would definitely pay a visit EVERY DAY until they got sick of seeing my face.

6.18.07-NOA1 Hard Copy

6.24.07-Touched

9.7.07-Left for England

9.16.07-Returned from England. :(

10.18.07-Leave for England

10.21.07-Back from England. :(

11.15.07-Leave for England

11.19.07-Back from England :(

12.4.07-Touched again!

12.5.07-RFE issued

12.12.07-Received RFE letter

12.14.07-Received final divorce decree for RFE

12.14.07-Overnighted RFE & evidence for Monday delivery.

12.18.07-Touched. RFE was recieved and processing resumed

Positivitey is always good Lora. Life is indeed a gift and we need to cherish it. Sometimes though, especially when going through this process it is hard to see the good for the cloud of bureaucracy that we have to deal with. When we were waiting for our NOA2 I did my own share of ranting and venting for the slowness of VSC and now I do it on behalf on everyone else still waiting.

Hang in there...we'll make it through :thumbs:

--August 31------Arrived in Terrace after lots of flight delays to spend Lindsay's birthday with her

--October 10-----Completed address change online

--January 25-----NOA2 received via USCIS Case Status Online

Summer 2005 - Introduced online by a mutual friend

December 2005- Meet face to face. Mark 12/20 official start date.

June 9, 2007 - NOA1 from VSC

February 20, 2008 - APPROVED!!!

February 21, 2008 - paperwork forwarded to NVC.

February 27, 2008 - paperwork sent to Consulate.

March 6, 2008 - Packet 3 recieved.

March 19, 2008 - Packet 3 returned. (minus checklist!)

April 21, 2008 - Returned checklist. All Packet 3 in London.

May 7, 2008 - Medical.

May 30, 2008 - Interview. APPROVED.

July 27, 2008 - Arrives in US.

August 8, 2008 - Legal Wedding

Sent: 10/17/08

Notice of Receipt: 10/23/08

I-765 - Rejected: 10/22/08
