Fee increases!! They haven't updated their computers since the 70's??? What are they actually doing with the extra money??!! Even FEMA fired the chief when the ship sank! What the hell is wrong with USCIS?? I want heads to roll....

He was speaking of the process in California. USCIS is a government entity. Need I say more.

Well, don't consider it a waste of time because you probably did get some valuable information.

My experience with the first teleconference I sat in on month or so ago was much better.

I got to actually ask questions.

The problem NOW is they are scared, really scared and they know people are mad as h*ll!!!! They didn't want anyone to say ANTHING to USCIS because it would get out of control real quick!!!

On other calls there were probably 15-20 people.....this time 200.

Just like with the applications, once the numbers start to increase and get unmanagable, they 'dummy-up' and say very little.

Keep sending your e-mails to the Ombudsman, at least he got them (USCIS) into a room to hear our complaints first hand. No doubt, he's going to forward this on to them.....and like he said, they need to ACT now!!! There is no excuse for this mess they got themselves into. They don't even know what their employees are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 question: Why is the whole system is so damned outdated?!?!?!?!?! We are living in 2007. Why is the system 40 years old? Insane

What lame excuse do they have for not updating their system. Instutitions and businesses all over the world have computerized their systems, they use the internet, some don't even want paper applications anymore and we are still stuck in the stone age

I can see why they wanted people to "submit questions" rather than having people voice their questions. The sad thing is that they are aware of the problem and they are doing nothing about it. If this was not a monopoly we would have taken our business elsewhere but we are stuck.

I hope that they were scared today. Scared that we are aware that they are feeding us BS and that we are not going to take it anymore.

They got themselves into this mess. They need to fix it. Maybe they should cut some executive salaries to buy a couple of computers to bring them into the 21st century.

It was ALL(I think 100%) EMPLOYMENT VISA and the related receipt DELAYS and NOT even a minor mention of EXTENSIVE K1/K3 PROCESSING delays that we have been facing for weeks/months now.. aarrgghhhh...

WOW...For the first time in a while my adjudication date changed...it went from Sept 28th to October 3rd...

Mine changed to September 22......

Mine went from October 30 to November 2, then back to October 30 just today.
