I have applied for my dad on Jan 2019 but my everything completed and the case transfer to NVC on Nov 2020.

I am still waiting for his IL. Does any one know that how long it will take more for his IL? And also does US embassy in Islamabad currently sending IL to this category?

Thanks

You say “transferred to NVC” in Nov, you submitted all required documents after that? When did you get notice of documentarily qualified?
Your father’s case will be quite a way back in the queue, they stopped interviewing for Covid in March last year then it got banned until recently, so basically everyone who got DQ between around February 2020 and when your dad’s case did will be ahead of you in line.

Hi folks does anyone know how long I can expect the rest of the process to take if our case just got sent from NVC to the London Embassy a week ago? Case status has not been updated since. I am petitioning for my mum.

I got letter from NVC at nov 2020 that his everything has completed now we have to wait for his interview letter and since then I m waiting for his Interview letter. Any idea that how long it will take? Or Is Islamabad embassy scheduling interviews in IR 5 category or not?

02/17/2015 - 03/09/2015 He came back to Colombia to visit me and met my family. :star:

I applied for my parents in July 2020 and parents priority date is end of July 2020. Parents are in Pakistan

Ever since, I have only gotten the receipt from USCIS. My service center is Potomac Service Center.

Anyone have any update on what the timelines are? Anyone's parents PD in July 2020 and service center is Potomac who received approval for I-130 recently? Trying to see if things are moving again.

My mom immigrant visa got approved, 6 basic questions, no documents required, I brought all the original that were scanned to CEAC but the officer didn't ask for anything except for her birth certificate which he returned and police certificate which he kept.

She is coming to the US next month🎉

Good luck everyone
