Yes, planning to send them next week.

I can submit everything online right? That being said original documents are not necessary, am I right?

'Cause if my mom scan everything and send it to me it will be quicker, I have to translate everything and that will add up more time.

Yes, you may submit online unless specifically asked otherwise.

If needed, they will ask you at the embassy to bring originals

Since I Didn’t find any forum for July 2020 filers I am creating one. I filed i130 for my parents on 07/19/2020 and got NOA1 with priority date 07/19/2020. Texas Service Center as per the receipt notice. I hope the COVID-19 and president’s ban won’t negatively affect the processing time.

I file for my mother on July 12, 2020 and receive NOA1 with priority date 07/12/2020 I got approved on November 1,2020 and received  NOA2. I am documentary qualified since December 12, 2020. I sent expedite request for the interview but I got denied. I am currently waiting interview date schedule by NVC

Just filled out our 2020 tax, our adjusted gross income $39,000 and the annual income $31000 funny because the annual income is less than the adjusted but the guy who did our tax says it is because my husband was unemployed for a couple of months due to covid, he received monetary help for unemployment though, we are married filling jointly, we have two minors kids, and petitioning for my mother so a total household of 5 counting my mom.

Are we going to need a cosponsor, I didn't work 2018 and 2019 so our household adjusted gross income for those years was less than 30,000, I'm working now though will that affects us or, do they only focus on the latest income tax?

I've asked a similar question before so, sorry for being repetitive I just want to clarify myself.

$38,350 for a household of 5, our adjusted gross income for 2020 is almost 40k, but my question is, having an adjusted gross income less than 30k for 2018 and 2019 will affect us? Because there is a part on the i864 that ask for the most recent 3 years 24ab&c. I didn't work on 2018 or 2019 so I don't even know if I have to fill out that part, our only income by them was my husband's and if I don't, do I have to write a letter explaining why?

Well, I am unsure wether I should submit the RFE online or send the physical papers. They RFE doesn't say anything about submitting them online but when I log in to my mother's case I have the option available to do it online.

This is what the letter says.
