N-400 AUGUST 2020 FILERS

Hello August Filers,

 

I am creating this thread so that we can start preparing our N-400 application. I will be sending them on August 1st based on 3 year Marriage and I was wondering what are the requirements . My l-751 was recently approved  and Didn't receive my card yet.

Glad to see this thread is created! I have been eligible to apply for a while but have been hesitant. 
 

Time to shove that aside and get going. I’m giving it a few days more to make sure I am correct in my border crossings.

 

Ugh Seattle’s estimates time range is 16-24 months. I can’t decide if that makes me feel better than last week’s response which was 12-36 months.

Yah it is time to apply now and hopefully the process time won't be any longer, then we can atleast have a break on immigration. This is the final step we are taking.

I have been attaching document on my n-400 and i am having an issue with documents not saving. Anyone with the same experience and how can i work on that.. i am almost giving up on online application, fearing that i may send my application without an attachments 😀

Agreed. I wish I’d gotten my act in gear sooner but well there were 45 reasons I held off. So the time to act is now.

I saw a thread on it - it’s pinned. Try internet explorer. I just loaded some test documents to see if they save since I’m a Mac user and don’t have IE installed .

I’m wondering similarly - though I’ve been a green card holder for almost 6 years so I’m researching the evidence to include under that criteria.

I applied online this morning using Internet Explorer and it went flawlessly. Good luck to all August 2020 filers.

Fingers crossed. I had to use Chrome because I’m on a Mac when I submitted yesterday. Everything was there when I pressed submit - but I’m admittedly nervous about it — I even logged off and re-logged in and it was there. 🤞🏻If it looks gone when I login next week I’ll call USCIS to make sure it’s all there.

Yah that is my biggest fear i have seen several times when i login back  I don't really see the documents that i uploaded previously and i have to re-upload again and again, there is a time i was about to submit and i went back to double check the documents and surprisingly they were not there😶

Congratulations, you did it the right time especially when they are increasing the filling fee. From Oct 2 the fee will double 🤔

Yeah. When I got to the end it generated a PDF of the N400 (matches what we’d submit as a paper filer) and it had all the documents listed. So I’m not worried but aware enough that I’ll keep checking for the documents to be loaded — currently it says it can take 48hrs for things to finish being loaded and I’m being cautious and assuming that’s “business hours”. 🙄

Well my case is loaded and my documents are there. Wait time is 4 days for initial review and processing time estimate is 14 months. Oct 2021.
