N400 online application - files uploaded

Hello,

I have submitted my application for naturalization a couple of days ago. I went to check the case number and under the documents tab, only shows 1 file uploaded. I know I uploaded several files, does anyone have this same issue? Is it a glitch maybe? I’m very concerned as I don’t want my application to be denied if the system shows I didn’t upload the required documentation. I’m ready to call USCIS but want to know if someone is on the same boat.

Also filed recently, the only things I'm seeing under "Your uploads" is "N400_Additional_Responses.pdf"

Seems strange.  We filed December 30.  I just checked and all files submitted are there.  Additionally, when I log in there is a COVID-19 Announcement which was not there a few days ago.

If you would like to submit a response after the deadline date on the request or notice, and the response period in your account has closed, use the “unsolicited evidence” option under the case Documents tab in your online account.

Saw the announcement as well. Are the support evidence files we uploaded supposed to show up there? I'm concerned now.

You may upload documents that we did not request from you. If you upload additional evidence, USCIS is not required to review or accept these documents when making a decision about your case.

 

Maybe I can just upload the docs there??

Yes, it all loads up there.   You should check the pdf file that's there already.  Perhaps it contains everything you sent.

I just got off the phone with USCIS after being an hour on hold. I got transferred to technical support and they only showed one file uploaded and transferred me to an officer to see what was received with my application. Turns out the system only saved/submitted one of the several files I submitted

It was an electric bill lol

So, the officer said I only had two options:

1. To use the upload documents under the “documents” tab below the unsolicited information or wait for an RFE😡 They said they wouldn’t deny my application but will give me a chance to submit the evidence.

I’m uploading files asap, and hopefully this won’t case any more delays.

For me ,it shows a random file I uploaded (Of several). So all the files uploaded have to show up.

When I opened the "N400_Additional_Responses.pdf" doc, all I saw was this (basically blank)

So, I went back and uploaded all the missing documents under the "Unsolicited information > Upload documents" part, and this window popped up:

 

 

I hope this will be disregarded if the documents were required for the application? Everything is showing up under "Your uploads" and most I just selected "Other" as there weren't any relevant categories for bank statements, etc.

Just as an FYI, most all browsers have this issues uploading files when you submit your application EXCEPT for Internet Explorer. Seems that is the main browser USCIS has used for all its online forms. Also have had several other users that called USCIS about the same exact thing, the USCIS Reps told them to us Internet Explorer and it worked properly. So Anyone in the future that is submitting their app online, Use Internet Explorer instead of other web browsers.
