Had my Interview today at Chicago office, Officer asked civic question straight which was answered all first 6 correctly, than passed the reading & writing test, than he asked are you still married, I said No, I have been divorced during this period than  he said do you have divorce certificate, which i showed him, than he asked some yes & no question & after it said you have passed the civic, reading & writing test but we need to review your case because of this divorce change, you will hear back from us & check your mail frequently. I know its gonna start another wait period......But Always HOPE FOR GOOD!

Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

I don't see any notices with the date in myuscis though. I guess it will come in the mail? Oh and estimated wait time changed to 6 months. Before it said "We are taking longer...etc etc."

Congrats!! Check the documents tab tomorrow and it should be there, usually it takes them a while to upload the notice.

Whoops, almost forgot to update everyone.

 

Got the interview date: March 29th, 2021. Almost exactly 1 year after filing! I suspect the oath will also be some months out due to backlog. Sadly no word on same day oaths resuming for Chicago.

I'm happy to hear that for many of us things are proceeding ! Unfortunately looks like I'm not among them lol 

 

Filed April 18th 2020, biometric reuse notice Dec-14th 2020 , and then...complete silence. I've developed a routine to check the USCIS page every morning lol

Keep checking, send them messages via the inbox. If you still hear nothing, contact your senators.

Congrats! I definitely think it helps to pressure them about the biometrics (even if you had to pressure them extra, extra much, haha), after the pressure and actually receiving a bio appointment or reuse - things go fast!
