Unemployment benefit

Hello everyone my husband he is my sponsor and we don’t know anyone to be. Co sponsor

 My husband now he want to apply for unemployment benefits and we worried about if he did that he will be not be able to sponsor me  and will be effect my petition since Iam still at uscis waiting my approved so what we should do to not effect my petition thanks 🙏 for helping me

If your husband is temporarily unemployed and your petition is not even approved yet, that situation may change before he needs to supply an affidavit of support.  In the meantime, there is no reason not apply for Unemployment.  It's "insurance" not a "means tested government benefit".

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Yes but is it pandemic unemployment insurance mean it’s public benefit or it’s same as  U I and we do have property we got worried about get hurt my cr1 if he applied for thanks sir

Wrong.  Unemployment benefits are based on insurance paid by the employer.  It is a non-issue to receive them.  To BE "employed" at the time of submitting the affidavit can be a problem.  Why do people who know little about a subject, ask questions, the argue with the answers.  If you think you know the answer, why ask the question.

If I was know the answer I wouldn’t ask I was know now during to visa journey that’s all thanks
