Over 160 days didn't receive Green Card. USCIS send to me an email. Anyone got same problem ?

Hi there,

 

I also paid the fees on July 15th 2019, and Entered United States on Sep 10th 2019. 

 

Today is over 120 days since I entered United States.  I received an email from USCIS, They said that :

"We have received your service request and are researching the status of your application. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
A search of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicates the Immigrant Fee has been received. However, USCIS is still trying to locate your Department of State (DOS) issued Immigrant Visa (IV) Packet, which should have been sent to USCIS by DOS or the Port of Entry (POE) when you entered the United States. USCIS requires a completed IV Packet in order to process your Permanent Resident Card (PRC).
Currently, we are waiting for confirmation on whether or not your IV Packet has been added to your USCIS immigration record. If we locate the IV Packet in your record, we will produce your PRC as soon as possible and we will send you another email to notify you that the PRC is being created. If we receive confirmation that your IV Packet is not in our records, you may need to make an appointment at your local USCIS Field Office to have a new IV Packet created. If that is the case, we will send you another email or letter, informing you that you need to make an appointment at the field office.   
At this time, you do not need to take any further action. We just want you to know that we are working on your case and trying to get a resolution as soon as we can. We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your patien".

 

Anyone got same problem ? Please support me. I want to know how long normally does it take

How did you contact them? My wife been waiting over 130 days.

I called them 4 or 5 times. But I still didn't receive green card at this time. They told me just waiting for search my information!

Thank you I'm going to get her to call them. I've read this happens a lot so just be patient.

I recommend using their LIVE chat instead of calling them.  It's waaaaay easier and faster.

I also chatted with them. And still didn't solve this problem !

My wife revived her card yesterday Im not sure if it was because of the message she sent or not. Now we're just looking forward to removing the condition next year.

Yes, correct !. I entered US via JFK Airport

I've noticed a pattern of JFK POE immigrants having their cards straight up taking the full 120+ days. Not sure what they do or what they don't do over there.
