Did you list them on your DV lottery application?

DV allows derivatives, so presumably they were too old.

As a LPR you can sponsor children if they are not married.

Sounds like Lawyer time, I believe things get complicated with DV applications where there has been misinformation.

Big problem. Yes you need a lawyer. You may get your own application invalidated and lose your green cards. The instructions for entry explicitly say you have to list kids, and the instructions for selectees tell you clearly that your entry will be disqualified if you had kids and didn’t list them. This means you lied under penalty of perjury on your DS260 and you lied under oath at your interview, and that your immigrant visas were issued when they would have not been if you had been honest. Lawyer is best bet, no guarantees here at all. I just don’t understand why people do this, DV is such a gift and the entry form is so simple.

I It is a gift. but the day i played with my wife, we were not with our kids and we had no possibility to have their document. after my preselection i started filling the forms online and i descovered the warning you just talk about. so I was scared to se my visa rejected if I mentioned the kid. This is my big worry now.

Did you have an interview?  If so, did the Consulate Officer ask about any children?

Always an interview, and the DS260 needs kids listed too

there is no “just forgot to mention” option that works here

exactly

How old were the children when you applied, and were they married?
