What do u think about if I’ll send them IRS Transcript for 2019 with ~$22K and plus 12 months banking statements?

Suggest to show that the cash actually belongs to you to convince the adjudicator.  basically show them an explanation that the cash belongs to you and is accumulated over time

duh

If you have $100,000 cash balance in a savings or investment account in your sole name for a few years you wont have any issue.   If it is in a checking or business account it won't work.

Yes, it is on checking account on businesses account under my name, I showed it in consulate and was accepted, if this think dipper then it can be borrowed 2 years ago and more....if for officer wasn’t enough 1 page of statement from bank  which I submitted, then maybe want to see in monthly statements.

I think that would be a valid submitted for consideration. It at least should meet the minimum requirements for the I-864. No idea on what the IO will decide for the public charge side of things as that is based upon a totality of the circumstances.

Thanks

You can try to send them 12 or 18 months of bank statements plus a letter explaining that the money is yours and only yours to use for personal living expenses.  The concern for the officer could be that if the money is in your business account, they may not view it as your personal money, as the business may have financial obligations, accounts payable, debts, etc.  In the end, you may need a joint sponsor, so be prepared with one.

Business money it’s my money, just under my name, I can use for business or use for personal expense, when it’s corporation that can be different story because it may have several people owner.

I'm thinking, if I'll send them my 2019 income with $~22K i'll submit 1099K for 3 years that will more clear

Filing as self employed creates issues.  Your accountant is doing everything possible to reduce your taxable income.   The lower your taxable income is the worse you look for immigration sponsorship.   That money in your sole proprietorship business account is considered working cash / capital for the continued operation of your business.

How did you get past the 221(g) at the interview?
