Is anyone going through the process of applying for I 601A waiver.  My waiver was filed on December 12, 2019.  I attended Biometric on January 13, 2020. I have ,documents to NVC. How long is the wait for them to review document for a response.  I am an F2A category, my case is at Nebraska.

I am speaking from experience. I am on group on Facebook and most people have their waiver approve within 9 months. My waiver was approved in 8 months. there are case status updates on the uscis website. Please don’t tag me. I don’t know you.

Like I was saying with Nebraska I’m seeing turn around times up to 10 months, now it may be longer if you receive an rfe. My case was sent in March and Approve in November. Nebraska service center and good luck 😊

I didn't "tag" you.  It is irresponsible to authoritatively state processing time information on this website, regardless of what goes on in your FB group.  You didn't qualify it with a "this is my experience" at all.

Mine was approved back in September 2019. It did take close to 8 months, though.

Not sure how long it is taking now, but I doubt it is going any faster.

Thank you. I didn’t know sharing my experience was deemed authoritative.

You didn't share your experience.  You wrote "Waiver will be approved between 8-10 months for the I601A."  And like I pointed out, you have no way of knowing whether this is true.

We submitted ours in May 2017, and received approval in September 2018. We did many inquiries and even asked our congressman to send an inquiry. But the answer was the same: That they had to do a complete investigation and they couldn't tell us when it would be complete.
