I got e mail this morning my Passport was approved and shipped. Processed at Dallas passport Agency. Applied on August 10th. They started to process on August 20th. Exactly 4 weeks.

Just got my certificate back. So the complete timeline for Routine (regular/standard) processing with standard delivery, applied for both book and card ($140 total + $35 USPS execution fee):

so this page says you can request $60 refund if you applied expedited and the passport is not delivered within 20 Business Days after the application is received by the Passport Agency.

My application was submitted Expedited on Nov 4

Received by the Agency on Nov 10

and it is still pending!

 

I called the passport agency and they just said it is pending. They said my application is in New Hampshire. I looked at the reviews online for this center and the reviews are horrible! I have an international trip next week but it is not considered a life and death emergency. So I reached out to the Senators of my State and sent them the Privacy Act form so they can follow up on my case given I have a trip soon.

  

Anyone else filed Expedited and has been waiting for that long here?

I am still waiting 6 weeks after the expedited application! (not even the routine service) :bonk:

Wifey's passport

 

Applied on 11/16. 

Passport shipped notification: 12/ 15. 

Expected to receive on : 12/21

Regular processing. 

 

Wow. They  processed it in 4 weeks. I was expecting the passport to show up in 8-12 weeks.

Quick update! I just received the Approval email with estimated delivery of December 18

I'm glad this is coming right on time otherwise I would have lost $700 given my ticket for the next week is non-refundable! :)

Yeah, same. I haven't called yet because it doesn't change the outcome and I don't want to know if it's going to take forever lol

When did you apply ( date ) and when did it show up on their system ?

- I went to the post office on 11/03/2020 (Tues) to apply.

- The website shows "they received the application on 11/09/2020 (Mon)". I think I was able to check the status online a few days before 11/09

- Received the approval email on 12/11/2020

- Expedited

- Still haven't received the passport yet (today is 12/15/2020).

I already know when i will receive the passport and it will be by 12/21 per the shipment notification. Wish they had a three letter symbol before the application number that would give the service center. For example, CSC or NSC or WAC.
