I checked my package was delivered 8/12. When I call them they asked for I797 # which I even didn’t get one. So they said I have to wait until 3weeks then call them again

What is IOE number? I'm getting confused... We just sent our petition today😁

I just added my case to the USCIS online account using the access code they provided. 

It says "In process.. your benefit request has been accepted and is under review"

 

Is that what everyone see? Just curious! 

Oh and I also saw a document uploaded by them. When I opened it, it was a file with all the photos I sent to USCIS with my i-130 petition and at the end there's a confirmation of my payment.

Everyone now is getting an IOE number, it’s just an electronic system where they upload your file and then it still gets assigned to a service center like everyone else, Could be any service center, you will know once you get the receipt. I think the new system was pretty fast when they first came out with it but it’s now taking longer as everyone gets switched over, hopefully I’m wrong and we get processed quicker. Those who received IOE receipt numbers fall under ELIS category( Electronic Immigration System )

Lot of people are saying that it's supposed to be processed faster.

Yes, mine says the same thing, and the documents uploaded are just pics, payments sheet and 1 or 2 other pages from what I actually submitted not the whole package. I read somewhere that the end user doesn't see what is actually uploaded in their system, might be some sort of glitch. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We got our ioe number! Didnt recieved an email with it so going to confirm they have the correct email but only a few more days to find out where we are going!

I never received any email from them. If u call them with receipt number and ask where your petition was sent to, they'll let you know.
