I-129 K-3 sent on August 21, 2019 and was delivered on the 22nd.

What’s is your category cr1 or k3 ?

CR1, K3 got cancelled when the CR1 got approved.

So did you receive interview date or not yet ?

Not yet, will update my timeline when I do.

So you receive a simple consulate or what ?

I don’t understand what you are asking. We expedited our case and it was sent to consulate and now we are waiting for the next step, we will either have to schedule our own appointment or they will email us.

I see thanks I got dq in April waiting for interview

I got DQ in March and then sent expedite request this month. IA we all will get interviews soon! Good luck!

Hey can you tell me how you expedited the process?

Sent an email to NVCExpedite@state.gov

May I know the reason you did expedited your case and how did you prove it was emergency to get approved?

Financial and emotional hardship, just wrote a detailed email, did not provide anything with it.

Congratulations! did you schedule your own interview after the expedite was approved or did your embassy contact your for it?

I did schedule it but they ended up canceling it after we arrived in ISL for the medical, the Medical center couldn’t confirm appt with embassy and said that we have to wait for an email from the Embassy. After a few weeks they sent the letter by email. So ignore everything in the CGI site regarding scheduling a date. Just enter your profile information and go through the steps for appointment to add the pickup location and then wait, last page will prob say no appointments available, just disregard that page and exit the system. It will not update until your case is approved and the visa is issued, once it’s issued in CEAC then it will let you track the passport on CGI. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Congratulations on receiving your visa!

I thought all the consulates in pakistan were not doing visa interviews and approving visas due to COVID since march 2020... thats what there website says..so confused

They are doing emergency and expedited interviews, ours was expedited, read timeline and posts for more info.

happy to see your timeline I also expedite which approved 6th November nvc notified me but still didn't get any update if they send case to islamabad Pakistan Or not then I called to nvc they said that my expedite request was denied I'm very confused now what is this??

I’m not sure why they said that, you have an email saying it was approved, so keep checking ceac to see the status. Maybe try to call nvc again and ask them to explain.

nvc email me that embassy cannot expedite so now nvc will schedule because nvc will be fair to all applicants nvc schedule as the cases become complete nvc so now i have to wait when nvc schedule my interview hope so its in December or January .
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
