I submitted mine earlier last week.  I am interested to know how fast will it be for your parents. You are lucky!

Best of luck! Yes, I am so grateful that they accepted my request. Files were sent to MNL Embassy who will schedule and notify me of the interview appointment. Not sure how long that will take, but will update here to share the timeline.

Thank you! yes please that would be great!  there is another thread talking about IR5 cases in Manila embassy for interview. I can tag you so you could see. Its nice that there are interviews for  IR5 visas for November!

My dad’s GC was approved today at the US embassy in Bogota, Colombia. 
 

they asked about me, where I was born and when I did get married, if he works and simple stuff about our life.

 

they also asked for my birth certificate and his marriage certificate from his marriage with my mom.

1 week from the expedite approval (I am getting excited to see if there’s interview schedule yet). Called US Embassy in MNL to see if my parents have appointments yet, nothing. But the agent opened a ticket for me to their Communications Unit to request a date for interview. She also had me create a profile for my parents on ustraveldocs.com/ph. 
 

It says they’ll respond in 1-2 business days. Cross fingers 😊

i have a question finally after a long wait, my father is going to have his interview on nov 19. I have a question I submitted my father’s application 2019, on his DS260 i put my old address we moved 2020 but i cannot change his ds260 anymore. How can he tell them that i move on his interview. I notify the USCIS about my address change but idk if they reported it through embassy. Can anyone help me on what to do about it?

Congratulations!!! Nov 19th is very soon! When did you receive the interview schedule? Also what time in MNL do they send out this email? Keep on checking mine hoping to get it soon. Been calling the US Embassy but cannot get through. It always disconnects after on hold for quite some time.

 

Sorry I don’t know the answer to your question. Hope someone can help?
