Received a message on my online USCIS account that an interview has been scheduled. However, I don't know when yet. Waiting for that other letter to show up on my documents tab. Guess I better start reviewing! My field office is Denver and I submitted my application early January.

Same for Philadelphia. I haven’t heard or seen anything. Feels as if the wait is gonna be as long as ROC at this point. I’ve been trying to ignore the whole situation but considering my estimation says September, I’m starting to wonder. I should have filed back in 2019🥴

You got a point. I know of someone who filed back in December at the Philadelphia field office and has not received interview. It’s just crazy we pay all this money for snail speed processing, pandemic or not.
Watch how they’re gonna jack up all the fees post-pandemic to make up for lost $$$$. 😒

If I get divorced in next weeks or months  before my N400 interview is that gonna be suspicious on my interview if I filed by 5year rule???

😉... plus, even if it were under the 3 year rule. Who’d blame anyone. Being stuck in a house with your spouse in this pandemic 24/7 is already driving me insane. ( Not trying to make light of anyone’s marital issues btw). They should just at this point grant a waiver and approve all our cases😩. Is that too much to ask for? I guess it is

Hi giovanna, if you applied based on 5 year it wont affect anything but if it is 3 year rule, they can deny based on divorce. I hope you everything goes smoothly for you.
