Start by studying this website, it has all the information you need to know. Read the guides and learn about the process and costs.

Basically, you have two options: file for a K1 and get married in the US after approval, or get married first and file for a CR1.

Let your girlfriend know about this site and have her make a free account here.  She can ask questions and study the different options since she will be the one responsible for preparing the paperwork for your visa.

You can both read about the fiance visa or spousal visa on this site and then discuss together and decide which option would be best for the both of you.

Tell her to join this site and she can go to the guides above and follow them thru the process

she needs to know she has to meet you in person and she has to have enough income to support you here in the US

so, she should join or use your site and ask the questions

the process is not fast

it is not cheap

but she can do all the paperwork on her own as it is straightforward
