Hi All,

If your case status has changed to " Ready to schedule the interview" then it  depends on your local office to decide if they want to schedule the interview or not. I have made the list of all local offices ( from fastest to slowest processing time) to schedule the interview. I have also seen few cases where they waive your interview based on few circumstances.

Bases on the below data Ohio has the fastest processing time in terms on scheduling interview.

Ready to schedule an interview doesn't mean that your case reached the local office. When it reaches the local office you will get the Interview was scheduled. Until then your case is at the National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit Missouri.

Very helpful info indeed, I belong to Brooklyn office which is 37th in your fastest list. Does it relevant for N400 or I-751?

I don't know if it's different for ROC, but my interview notice for AOS came in an envelope from the Service Center (National Benefits Center), not my local field office.
