  1. After a long wait, USCIS scheduled a infopass appointment for stamping on my passport. I told them my drivers license is getting expired along with my extension letter and need stamping on my passport to renew it.
  2. My extension letter also getting expired in less than 30 days and I called USCIS for infopass appointment. They told me another officer will call me within 24-72 hrs to schedule an appointment. I am still waiting for the call, and another fact is the wait time to talk to an USCIS customer representative is almost an hour... Its totally time consuming process. Another fun fact is customer care representative told me that they will schedule me an interview and she asked me to wait for the interview letter!! It looks like its going to me more than 19months the entire process
  3. Thanks, i did call them and it took 45mins to speak to a representative and I asked them for the infopass appointment. They gave me a service item number and told me another officer will call me in 24-48 hrs. Hopefully they call soon!
  4. Even my case is at California center and its been 40 days they received my RFE package and 13 days they finished my bimetrics but still no update. I am trying to call them to schedule infopass appointment and waiting time is 30mins.
  5. Which service center is your's? That was pretty fast of creating card and after bimetrics.
  6. Sorry to know! If extension is expired does anyone is allowed to work? or they have to take break from work till they get the response from USCIS?
  7. I haven't called them, I will do now!! I dont have any relatives live near by the office. Will tier 2 officer schedule appointment based on case to case or if extension is expiring soon for few people?
  8. I live in Indianapolis and Indianapolis field office shows that "This office is not accepting walk-in requests or scheduling InfoPass appointments." and my attorney also say the same thing that i cant apply for infopass appointment and just have to wait for the USCIS to make the decision. I work in a large firm and I dont know if i can continue work after Sept 8th if I dont have any valid proof that i can stay/work here. I am totally confused!
