Hello America😍

My US fiancé her income is 31200$ / Year , is she can be sponsor for the K1 Visa petition ?

If the household is just the two of you that should be fine.

You can google about the current poverty line

Here you go.  For the I134, you follow the 100% poverty rate, but when it comes time to AOS, she needs to meet the 125% column which she does currently.

For a household of two at 125% it shows $21,137, so it seems she would meet the bar for AOS with her $31,200 income.

Good Luck!

Typically for MENA countries, more face time together is a positive especially for a K1.

Good Luck!

I would suggest that your girlfriend open a VJ account, and that she do LOTS of research on the K-1 process, since she is the one who needs to file the petition, not you.  Good luck!
