But i have his original marriage certificate because when i went to Pakistan I brought his papers with me because i did his papers for his case I didn’t know i only needed copies

We sent documents through DHL. depending on the weight it will be between $40-$70 if I recall correctly. it got there within a week and you can track it online. I would make a copy of everything scan it over to them too as a backup.

Maybe a suggestion would be to get new marriage certs locally?  maybe the cost is cheaper than sending it

I know I have original certified copies of my marriage certificate here in the United States, but so does my wife.  I am even having her get additional copies of her Birth Cert. and Marriage Cert when she eventually does make her way here. I'll secure them in a fire proof document safe so just in case it gets damaged I don't have to scramble get new ones.

01/28/2019 - Mailed Express Mail USCIS Lockbox Phoenix

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox

DHL is generally the most reliable for international small packages.
