UPDATE:

I-129F denials spotted!

Processing is still the same for I-130s, but March 2019 cases coming more into focus once again.

MY I-129F was denied today. How long do you think its going for them to look at my I-130. PD Jan 4th.2019; congressional expedite. I am not even sure whether the expedite was approved or not.

Congratulations. Looks like your I-130 has already been approved, since I-129F has been denied (yours is the one ending in 40 right? ;) ).

Unfortunately its not. Dont they reject the I-129F & make a decision on the I-130 on the same day? This got me even more nervous.

You should call. When my I129f was denied/I130 approved, the I130 never showed approved online, only the I129f updated. I had to call to find out about the I130

Nope, not necessarily on the same day. Do not be nervous. Your expedite has worked apparently. Denying a petition requires a reason and the reason here is probably because I-130 is approved. Anyway, you'll know sooner than later. You can just call USCIS first thing tomorrow and ask why it has been denied.

Hi guys, been a long time lurker since we submitted our I130 with PD on 1 Mar 2019. Also applied I129 to try our luck but didn't hear anything so far since last October.

Will be returning a call to the senator's office (Casey's) tomorrow to see if they can offer any kind of help to expedite. Just wondering if anyone has any luck with the senator?

Hopefully we can hear some good news.

It took about a day for my I-130 to update after the I-129f denial.

The I-129f was denied because I already had an I-130 approved so I didn't qualify for the I-129f/K3 anymore.

July and October.

Obviously one person who's 129-F was denied filed all the way back in January. I'm guessing there's no way to see what the dates are for the other 128-Fs. Do you think it's probably only the people who've been in the I-130 process longer?

My 129-F was sent in October, but my I-130 was PD end of September. So far no updates on the app or online, so guessing not my turn yet.

Hi all,

I heard from USCIS agent today, my case has been transferred from Nebraska to Potomac service center. I think that they have actually done it for many June filers. I hope this speeds up the process. Fingers crossed.
