Having trouble renewing my four month Visa petition (merged topics)

So basically my medical appointment and getting the package of results has taken about 7 weeks And now my notice of action expires in a couple days. Completely my fault, I didn't think the medical would take that long but it is on me

 

The only thing I have left is to email my statement of readiness to the embassy and I'm good to go

 

Is it going to be a problem?

There is no statement of readiness for London. Again, read your list of required documents from your embassy,  not what somebody on VJ tells you.

 

You don't have a timeline or profile. Are you in the right forum?

My petition expires tomorrow. My application is from Ireland to USA. 

 

I have sent off every form, including notice of readiness and have all my medical stuff. I'm just waiting to hear back for an interview

 

But the problem is my petition is going to run out before I get an interview. I've emailed the US embassy in Dublin because there's no option to call, but I'm not sure if they'll get back to me in time. If not at all because they said in an automated response they won't reply unless it's a certain subject

Most embassies will extend the NOA2 validity date automatically. Others do not. To ascertain if yours does, you were right to email the embassy. With them not responding you may want to inquiry in your sub-forum where others can help.

A fiancé visa must he issued within four months from the date of approval of the fiancé petition by U8CIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services). An approved K-1 visa petition is valid for a period of four months from the date of USCIS action and may be revalidated by the consular officer any number of times for additional periods of four months from the date of revalidation, provided the officer concludes that the petitioner and the beneficiary remain legally free to marry and continue to intend to marry each other within 90 days after the beneficiary's admission into the United States.

Don't worry about the petition expiring ..  most all of the embassies automatically extend the validity of the petition for up to one year.
